Regal Luxe Transport Terms Of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern all transportation services provided by Regal Luxe Transport (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a reservation request or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Reservation Requests & Confirmation
All bookings submitted through our website are considered reservation requests and are subject to availability.
Reservations are not confirmed until:
Availability is verified, and
A $250 deposit is received.
Confirmation details will be provided via email.
2. Deposits & Payments
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations unless otherwise stated in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the time of service.
Failure to submit deposit within the requested time frame may result in cancellation of your reservation request.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made:
More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup may receive a refund of any additional payments beyond the deposit.
Within 48 hours of service are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
The $250 deposit is non-refundable once reservation is confirmed.
4. Airport Transfers (TPA & Other Airports)
Airport pickups include:
60 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights.
90 minutes for international arrivals.
Additional wait time may incur charges.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight information.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Ensure passenger conduct is respectful and lawful.
Not exceed vehicle passenger capacity.
Regal Luxe reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior.
6. Damage to Vehicle
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers, cleaning fees starting at $250 may apply for excessive mess, spills, smoking violations or damage to the vehicle interior.
7. Liability Limitation
Regal Luxe is not liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Items left in vehicles.
Missed flights due to inaccurate pickup times provided by the client.
8. Service Areas
We primarily serve Tampa Bay, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas.
Long-distance and out-of-area service may require additional fees.
9. Modifications
Regal Luxe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
10. Force Majeure
Regal Luxe Transport shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic accidents, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or mechanical issues.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
